Due to the nature of the items for sale it can sometimes be hard to predict when your order will be shipped.
Growing kits are made in batches that can take between 3 and 5 weeks to be ready to send to customers. Each item listed in the online shop is either a pre-order or correlates to a current batch. Pre-orders will be clearly indicated on the product page.
For example "Pre-order. This will not ship until after January 6th" - this means that the kit will be ready no earlier than January the 6th. It is intended to ship on the week of January the 6th but some growing fluctuations can mean that it will be the following week.
Items are shipped via courier on Mondays. You will receive a notification from me with your tracking details.
If you have ordered items from two different batches, your order will be shipped after the date of the latest of the batches.
